Wish I read the warnings before. Car was stuck and had to wait for a technician to travel from another site to come and fix. First and will be the last time I ever park here. Idea sounds good on paper, absolutely nightmare experience for customer.

Was worried about the car being stuck due to other reviews but it wasn’t overall a good experience

I know there are a lot of bad reviews but my experience was flawless. Left the car overnight from Friday to Saturday. Car went in fine and came back within 2 minutes without issue. Hopefully this is something that can be refined and expanded.

This is the worst parking garage in the city, the garage system has gone down many times over the past year alone. There’s always a multi hour wait when it happens, the other day there were a lot of people waiting for 8+ hours for their cars. And it broke again today! The owners obviously don’t care about their customers. This place should be shut down! And they fired the attendant that used to work here, so the wait time for problems to get fixed is now substantially delayed. YOU’VE BEEN WARNED! Avoid this place like the plague.

1 star is way over rating this place ,got stuck with 30 other people from 2 pm till 10pm at night ,the cars are still stuck in the garage, hoping for tomorrow morning . U would assume that a technician with some tools or appropriate equipment who is certified to handle such system will show up ,but no instead All that time we were told by the owner George that it will take 15 minutes, contact him several times ,he would not take responsibility , two guys unprofessional and not certified to fix anything!!!! Was going back and forth for 7 hours to get tools coming back with home depot shoping bag until at 10 pm they needed an extension cord...and left to go get it leaving all of us there ,it was a rainy evening there was older people working people sick people among us, the owner refuse to return expenses and stoap responding to any of our endless texting bt the status and what we shoeuld do ,t after explaining and asking he would car less if we would to stay there for the rest of the night his placevshould have their license suspended for the safety of the people, and someone should pay for it .

Good garage, poor management. Update, car gets stuck from time to time and have to call the technician to get car out. It has been twice for me in 9 months.

Simple and automated! Accidentally left something in my car and was able to quickly retrieve the car temporarily to get it and then park it again at no additional cost. I always use this location when visiting Chinatown

Terrible parking. Always broken down. Owners totally disrespect the customers. I had to wait for more that 2 hous last week to get my car and today i have been waiting for 6 hours. These people should not be in business.

I like parking my car in this facility, 100% safe and convenient. No need to hassle for a spot or worry about a valet touching my car.
