Cancelled first apt. because part was back ordered(understandable) but I had to call the day before to make sure times was right, and that is when they told me it was cancelled. Then showed up for an apt. a week later.......no one there. Got a call at 12:30 ...an hour and a half after my apt. and was asked to reschedule. Just a lack of professionalism on their part!

Called 4 times today and no answer, plus showed up when they opened and the door was locked 15 minutes after the opening time.
