I had a very pleasant experience. Mrs. Boyd was very thorough and patient with me. Everyone that I encountered at the VPC from the security guard who did my initial inspection, to the ladies behind the desk, to the gentleman who completed my final inspection made my experience very easy and I couldn't be happier.
Maaaaaad slow. Waited three hours even with paperwork done and ready. Very rude front desk lady who acts like she hates her job and that having customers is a disservice. They definitely would rather socialize and do their job. Super poor service, do NOT recommend.
Great service for pick up. Easy, in and out in less than an hour. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Great service. Processed my son's car with ease. Everyone was so polite and professional.
The best VPC ever. I was in and out of there faster than Chik Fil A. For real!
