From start to finish, Mike constantly kept me updated with the whereabouts of my vehicle. The total shipping process only took 7 days from placing my shipping order, to delivery. The vehicle was in perfect condition when I received it, I have ZERO complaints about the service I received at AutoPlex Transportation. I recommend anyone trying to ship a vehicle to use AutoPlex!!

Booked my car to be shipped cross country to my new residence. After paying deposit and agreeing on next day pickup driver was nowhere to be found and Mr. Wolfgang blocked my number and kept my $250 deposit which seems like a common trend judging by all these other horrible reviews. Scam artist. Consumer beware

As much as I like to support local business this is a company I would not recommend to others. The owner Wolf seems like a decent guy but his customer service and work tactics aren’t what they seem to be. Please do your research as they say and find yourself a better broker to work with. Edit: he also responded saying ex employer. I’ve never worked for this gentleman before. Good luck people .

I used a transport service with great reviews. They left me sitting for over a week. I contacted Wolf at Autoplex Transport next. I had a quote in a few moments and the car picked up & delivered in less than four days. The driver was prompt & professional. Every other hauler I contacted before Autoplex had very disappointing customer service and either took too long to give me a quote or had a very long transport time. The experience with Autoplex is by far superior to the rest. I will be using Autoplex in the future for my transport needs.

A bunch of crooks. Liars and thieves! I called them Tuesday afternoon to send my car from Maryland to California. Aside from the fact that they pulled me, they lied to me and rejected me day after day until finally, only on Monday, almost a week later, my car really went out for delivery. If it was not annoying enough then when the car arrived they called me and asked me to pay another $ 280 !! And that is what is written in the contract. a lie ! After signing a contract they sent me an email without telling me a new contract I had never seen and never signed and told me that if I do not pay another $ 280 they take my car to Houston. So that's what they do, squeeze out their victims in a situation that they have no choice and they must pay to get the vehicle. I'm hurt! I feel cheated. Offensive. I will never recommend anyone to even hear a price quote. be away !!!

Couldn’t fulfill request after promising the transport 240 miles could be made no issues, verified multiple times that it could be done before I sent deposit, of course told me it could, then couldn’t deliver or find anyone to do it. I had to hire a company that showed up at 1am to fix his mess, and kept the deposit on top of that. Scammer at its finest.

This company scheduled to have a customer’s car picked up FIVE DAYS BEFORE they agreed to have it shipped off, totally disregarding their verbal and written agreement as well as the customer’s time and other obligations. When the customer called him about it, he yelled at her and told her it was “no big deal”....moving across the country is a HUGE deal and having an inconsiderate broker work on his own time instead of trying to accommodate a paying customer only makes things more difficult. Very unprofessional and not considerate of the customer’s wants and needs. I would not recommend going through this company.
