Great experience. I’m always so embarrassed when I need to replace anything for car because I know absolutely nothing. My windshield wiper had come off so I needed a new one. Had no idea what kind to get or how to put them on. BB or Bebe helped me and even put them on herself! Highly recommend. Quick service. Thank you so much!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Friendly over the phone, helpful service when I came in. The associate helped me install a new battery and explained some tips for routine maintenance and everything. I will definitely be back!

Had a tricky situation with a battery under warranty that needed to be replaced. Bekita was thorough, patient and helpful, making sure that the battery would still be covered and then did a great job replacing the battery. The staff and management seemed to have a good rapport and everyone was in a pleasant, good natured mood.

Got up this morning with a dead battery. Lucky for me this place was directly across the street from me. Mr Abel H. Went above and beyond the call of service. From jumping my car to installing a brand new battery. And he did it with a smile. Great Job !

I wanted to check my battery before replacing it. I went to the Lawrenceville Hwy location and they refused to check the battery saying their machine will get wet and malfunction as it's raining outside. But they were happy to replace the battery even it's raining. The response was just unprofessional and they didn't show me any intention to see the possibilities or suggest an alternative. I just pulled over to the Buford location and the guy took only two minutes to check the battery in the same rainy conditions and showed me that the battery is not yet due for a replacement. After realizing how simple the battery checking process is, i was compelled to write this. Hope they will better serve the next customer.

Came in today because the first place I went to O'Reilly didn't have a common product. Now, I've been in this area for a while and have shopped at the O'Reilly, Advance, and Autozone on this stretch of road, but today when I came in the Autozone after being at the O'Reilly, it really hit me that this store is SOOOO much nicer inside and welcoming than the other 2 places over here. It's almost like Publix compared to Food Depot, but not higher prices haha. Such a better shopping experience and cleaner, more organized store. I made up my mind today that I will always come here first! Plus the staff are friendlier here!

Rebecca was very helpful when I was in advance and Very much appreciated and mostly importantly I didn’t feel like I was being played she told me everything I needed and what was gonna be helpful for my car

The customer service was top notch - very responsive and Abel went above and beyond and drove down to diagnose my car free of cost and we got the battery replaced all within 1-2 hours.

This store has the nicest and most helpful employees. They saved the day and helped with my car battery on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend this store.
