If you’re looking for honest and competent service, I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this location. I bought a battery from Auto Zone on 04/14/22 for my daughters car. On 09/27/22 my daughter told me she had to keep getting jumps to get it started. I said, “Take it to AutoZone and have them charge it. It’s brand new so I’m sure it’s fine.” They ended up telling her it was bad and that she needed a new battery. The battery had a sticker on it showing it was purchased 04/22. Instead of telling my daughter that the battery was new and should be under warranty like every other reputable service rep would have said they just sold her new battery. The next morning, I called the manager and shared with him what had happened and asked if they could make it right. He replied, “It’s not our fault your daughter does know what warranties she has…” I was honestly shocked. I drove over to the location I normally do business with and shared with the manager what had happened. He too was shocked and said all they had to do was call their district manager to authorize the change and they would have made everything right. My daughter is a new car owner, going to school while working and struggling to pay rent. She used part of her rent money to buy the battery. I’m pretty sure Auto Zone could have easily afforded to make things right. Instead of going above and beyond they went dirty and deep. I've always preferred Auto Zone but this just ruined it for me. I will shop else where for now on.
I came in late one evening with a dead battery. Jose was super helpful and not only installed it for me but also helped install my windshield wipers. This guy definitely goes above and beyond of what is expected. Thank you Jose!
Waited in line... a customer yells to the counter, one of the counter guys where is something. He goes and helps him. Then checks him out. Guy looks at me I say we are all waiting in line. Doesn't matter. There was 5 of us in line.... my time is valuable just like everyone else.
Great customer service! Stopped in for a part and Alan checked out my truck and gave me options. They didn't have mine in stock but he called around to find for me.
I've never had such a horrible experience with any company in my entire life. I went to purchase parts for an oil change and brake pad replacements. I requested the parts i needed for my vehicle from the person at the counter, I changed my oil and and oil filter. On the way to work the next day, all my oil drained out because they sold me the wrong size oil filter. My engine seized up and was ruined. I had to buy a new engine. I asked Autozone to help me with the cost and they refused numerous times. They directed me to a regional manager that never answered or returned my calls. It ended up costing me $5000. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. Also, the brake pads they sold me were the wrong size as well. Complete incompetence. They told me it was my responsibility to make sure the parts that they sold me for the automobile that I specdified were the correct ones. They offered no assistance at all to assist with the cost of replacing my engine.
I went in because both my tail lights went out at the same time and the fuse looked ok, so I was worried that I would need to pay a lot to get the relay fixed assuming it wasn't the bulbs. Luckily, I was attended by Wayne C. who not only found and fixed the problem, but took good care of me and my car while explaining what happened and what to do in the future. I'm always weary going to places like Napa or Autozone but Wayne took care of the issue in a professional and expert manner. I will definitely recommend him and this Autozone store to all my friends and family, and will certainly be back in the future! Wayne, if you're reading this, I really appreciated your help and I hope that you get a raise for your efforts--or at the very least a pizza party from your district manager. Thank you Wayne and Autozone!
Dylan V and Raymond were AWESOME! my battery was running low so I called the closest store they helped me super fast. dropped the battery in and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They were super friendly and helpful straight forward and overall it was just very clean. this is my store and these are my guys!!
The guys and gals here are always very friendly and helpful. I like the fact that I can work on my car in the parking lot since I don't have the ability to do so at my apartment. I twisted off 2 Adapter/ Extensions what they replaced it for me right on the spot. What a great place! John
Dylan diagnosed what was going on with our car. He proceeded to walk us through everything we needed to get the job done. He was honest and helpful with his recommendations. Great experience!
Wow can't say enough about the staff that AutoZone went in haven't been in a while learned that Jose is not there anymore the rest of the crew is Sean, Dominic and everyone else every time I've been in there Sean has taken such good care of me so has Jose and Dominic always get the right part right away never longer than same day my hat's off to you guys keep up the good work and I'll keep coming in thank you I would recommend anyone visit this establishment and everyone quality people professional and they treat you like family
