AutoZone Auto Parts

Poor customer service. Just needed 1 item and had to wait until everyone's smoke break was over. I had been told by 3 different employees that, "someone will be with you." Store was nice tho, clean and presentable. I found exactly what I needed within about 2 minutes.

Horrible. Drive all the way to Delaware after being told my part will arrive by 2pm but had to pre pay it. Call them at 230 and then am told it did not arrive it should be there by 5pm now but was guaranteed it would be there by 2pm. Very unreliable, guarantees and the workers words means nothing to this place.

Horrible service female associate evening of 6/8/2021. She required correct Alpha language for VIN to get service. She told me to go to Pep Boys. With her attitude, I will from now on!

Missy and Steph are the best. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. Customer service there was outstanding and I walked out knowing I had everything I needed. You ladies take Auto Zone to the next level of car care!!!
