Great customer service! They installed my battery in sub zero weather while I waited inside in a chair they provided for me.
I am a big fan of Auto Zone. I love the fact they now have a diagnostic reader for any customer to borrow at every location. However, this location does need a little updating.. Good staff though..
Has an impressive inventory or gives me options and keeps prices competitive .. the quality of their staff and products will for sure bring me back again
Needed new lug nuts for the car. The staff was helpful in looking up the part numbers and helping secure the total number we needed.
The only reason Im awarding five stars is due to the only employee in the store who seems to know anything about customer service. Thomas B. was checking out customers, helping customers outside, and the only employee who was willing to assist me. The other three employees wouldn't even make eye contact let alone offer any help. I stood at the counter like an idiot while the other employees did next to nothing. Thankfully, Thomas came back inside after helping a customer. He immediately offered his help with a friendly smile.

The gentleman who assisted me tonight was someone who genuinely cared about people. It was a quarter till 9:00pm I needed windshield wipers. I stopped in to buy them. Even though it was closing time he did not rush me. He put them on for me, made sure they worked . And they did. A happy ending.
Lacks knowledge, zero customer service. Didn't want to come out from behind the counter and only knew what was on the parts monitor - not even what it meant. Threw co-worker under the bus but did nothing himself to correct his lack of service. Just a warm body in the store...lukewarm at that!

I needed help with the diagnostic tool i couldn't get it to work properly asked matt for help he refused to come out to my car to see if it was me or the car i tried for 20 minutes kept getting error. When i let go of the tools cord the screen went blank i went back in asked if he had another he said No and turned his head to another customer. At that point fine ill go somewhere else While i sat therr calling advanced auto matt come outside with a young man looked under his hood went back inside and came back out with a small black cap for that customer. I asked nicely for help and expressed i dont know if its me or the tool there is NO reason he couldn't Help me a for a brief second or even send someone esle thats familar with this device and no whem i asked for help there was only 1 other customer in the store even if there was 20 i would have waited for the help. Stick to Avanced Auto for now on
