This is by far the best and greatest customer service out of all the Auto Zone’s that I’ve been to in Portland, Oregon. I want to give a special shout out to Joey and Kenny for the outstanding customer service and their help. Thank you so much for your guises great service. I hope you guys will get recognize a reward for your hard work. Thank you.

Unbelievable customer service!!!! It's pouring rain, blowing like nobody's business and Joey- without hesitation- came out and replaced both of my burned out headlight bulbs. In fact, I didn't even know both bulbs were out until she checked. All done with a smile! Where on earth do you find that kind of service? Anywhere?

They were very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. They went above and beyond to help me. Very professional. Seemed to know what they were talking about. I will definitely be going back to that specific store.

Oh my gosh! I just left this store, and the older guy with silver hair and handlebar mustache was yelling really loud at this lady who said she was called twice about a part that finally came into store. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable, and in no way should he yell at a customer like that. She wasn’t even being rude, just telling him that she was notified that her part arrived and didn’t get the persons name who called her. If you have anger issues like that, you shouldn’t be working a customer service job. That was crazy.

The guys here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the products that they carry and can help you find the best fit for products that they don't have sadly they don't carry chevey venture parts egr,breather hoeses

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. You have the most helpful and delightful employee, a young lady named Joey. She is very Court goes the extra miles for the customer. I had to go in to AutoZone today and Joey mad my day. She was persistent in helping me with my problems. You should strive to have people like her in all your stores, because of her I will not only be a loyal customer but will recommend your store. Thank you Joey.

Extremely sketchy!!! No windows from store to parking lot. Many questionable characters, disabled vehicles and tents in parking area. Store windows smashed and plywooded. Not worth the risk. Go somewhere else.

Great selection good customer service if they don't have the item you're looking for they can special order amazing low prices compared to dealership

Had to wait in line for a part that was supposed to be there from the online search. The store didn't have the part so the representative called another store and was on hold for a part search for like ten minutes while the line continued to grow behind me, I decided to leave in hopes that the other store had the part. It did,..need to get more organized with the online stock in the stores.

I often come here to fully charge my deep cycle batteries with their state of art charging station.
