I recently lost all of my keys. TO EVERYTHING! I went to get gas, because I was driving on air, and realized, my gas cap had a key!!!!! In desperation I went to autozone. Andre came out, and got that cap off in 1 minute! He was nice, professional and competent! I was happy and pleased with my service, got another cap and moved on!

They were t very helpful nor friendly at this auto one. No spoke when I went in nor asked if I needed help. Plenty of men working but none bothered to speak or assist. Probably wouldn’t go back if in the area.

They have their own parking spots, so you don’t need to worry about street-parking. Large variety of car parts or accessories that you need on a daily basis or need every once in a while. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I am long time auto zone customer more than 10 year . I never get this kind of bad customer service befor. 4 Days ago i buy headlight the chacsher plag it and i leave . The frist did't drive at night last three days . But yestarday when i checkit it is too dark . I fegerout it is wrong headlight for my car. So today i i go auto zone to tell them and to get help . i did't get help i get disrespect. Hes tell me hes name is anderow he call himself a manager.

The staff is really nice here. Good customer service . The shop is clean.

I came into this auto zone location after I called to check and see if I could get some help with my engine, come to find out the problem was my battery. I know very little about cars and didn’t know what to expect. But the help I received was more than I expected. Plus, I wasn’t there to long. The person who helped me out was Andre. He had great conversation, great energy , and great service. Definitely a leader and a genuine person.

Hated they're service,the worker Frank kept trying to sell me more items even after I told him I had a birthday party to attend,that I needed to pick up my grandkids that birthday was 2 days apart.Celebrating their birthday today....Frank set me back 3 hours because an car accident just happened 5 blocks away that I got stuck in the middle of.And he was sarcastic because I only wanted the items that I came to purchase, I didn't need the additional items that he insisted that I purchase.I will never refer anyone to that location.

Service was excellent. They quickly took a return and found the correct pieces for me. The annoying bit was there was a line of in store customers who were being helped by employees and meanwhile a computer was announcing every 30 seconds that there were online orders to be compiled. I was only in the store for a couple minutes and it was annoying. I cannot imagine working there with a computer nagging all day.

Went to get the stuff I needed for an oil change and some other stuff. Most of it was easy to find. At check out the young lady at the counter was efficient and knowledgeable of what I needed. She was also patient while I gathered more info about my vehicle to make the best purchase. I've been coming here for years. The staff is usually friendly and very helpful. That's why keep coming back
