Needed a universal speedometer cable and the only location that had it in stock was the Vegas Dr store. Upon entering the place, my breath was almost taken away by the line of people waiting to approach the counter for assistance, there was 12 people and not 1 employee at the counter. Eventually, one by one they returned to the counter 3 of them with a part for the customer that they were helping 10 minutes went by until the third employee made it back. Another 10 minutes goes by and the line is only getting longer. If I didn't really need the part that day, I would have left. Another 20 minutes goes by and I'm in fourth position to be helped, i can see the light. 15 more minutes and I finally get to go to the counter, explaining why I was there. The employee says , what you are looking for is out on a shelf and proceeds to walk to the area where it would be located but she was unable to locate it. She then says, looks like we don't have one. I told her another location verified it was there. I asked her if it may be behind the counter, she said no, because those are all specific parts for specific cars, universal parts are out here in the area of the universal parts. I told her the location i went into, called and verified it was there. She then the goes back to the computer, types in universal speedometer cable and low and behold, it says behind the counter another 10 minutes goes by. She leaves to retrieve it and was gone for 15 minutes. I said it must have been hard to find, she says yes the computers were down for the commercial section and she helped try to reset them. By the time I was swiping my card, a total of 60 minutes had been wasted. That's the longest time period I've ever encountered to buy a part. So if you are forced to go to that branch. Beware, it's going to take a while, With their current protocol.
I called for a part and was helped by Patty then I went to the store and was helped by Cindy. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and helpful. It was refreshing being helped by smart women who know their stuff. Nice work ladies!
Very good customer service. I had to check my check engine light and tried to tip but the employee didn't accept. But very nice people.
Car broke down and needed an important piece to my car to get home. Went to the nearest autozone only for the doors to be locked 10 minutes early with very rude judging employees staring at me. Incredibly disappointed and unprofessional. If a store closes at 10 i would think the doors would lock at 10, not 9:50.
So i wouldn't go to this location if my life depended on it. I drove there early about an hour ago and asked the cashier a nice gentleman if I could bring in my scooters batteries to recycle the core , he said sure if they are 12v, which they are i told him I have 5 he said he can take 3 max. Great! So I drive my segway scooter mind u all the way back.home loaded up my duffle bag with my 3 12 v batteries and away I went back 2 autozone . I walked in to be greeted extremely rude by two Hispanic ladies that were too busy talking to even listen to what I was saying. The one lady didn't even allow me to finish talking she barked "can't take them only car batteries" i said but your coworkwr just told me if they were 12v he could take 3 ... at this point the gentleman who told me that he would take them. Walked in off his break and I said sir I brought the 12v back but she's telling me only car batteries. He responded I said we would check them out to bring them in if they r 12v. So I asked him if he would look at them and she barked I make the decisions around here im the boss. Well BOSS why don't your train your employees a little better about what you do and don't accept . He clearly stated in front of you he did tell me he would check them out Instead of talking about your issues at home, you should be retraining your employees on correct policies and procedures. Or better yet try another line of work where you don't have to face customers everyday all day because you really do suck at your current job. Try telemarketing perhaps. And one more thing do u know how to smile and greet your customers to make them feel welcomed . Your current greeting needs lots of work. Update Another autozone on Charleston were happy to accept my 3 cores. No issues not being car batteries so long as they are 12v Perhaps its you that needs to be retrained on your stores policies Just saying
Juan , Andre’s has great customer service, it was extremely hot and they still was able to assist me with my battery
Was greeted as I walked into store, and was attended by Staff member, a short while later. They were knowledgeable in helping me locate the parts I needed, to repair my vehicle.
The one on Buffalo and Vegas drive isn't the same anymore. LAZY LAZY workers. They wouldn't help me find Windshield wipers and told me to go in the self checkout line. Then, they wouldn't help me install them. There were FIVE of them working in the store. Disappointing.
Very pleased with the service there. The assistant that sold me a battery was very helpful and generous and polite.
Among all the employees Precious is very helpful. I went to get my battery and alternator checked and she was the only one to even acknowledge I was in the store. The rest of the employees paid me no attention even though I was standing in front of the registers and none of them was busy. Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes in order to even have someone else to help.
