Great customer service, nice/big store and fast service! This review is for Doug because he was awesome! We had recently gone to Valvoline to get my oil changed and was informed that I needed a new battery. So, I stopped at AutoZone to confirm. Doug tested my battery to check if it needed to be replaced which it did and he helped me pick out a new one - even explaining the difference of pricing and features. We greatly appreciate his patience with us and willingness to give as much details as he did. He was kind, spoke clearly and didn't make us feel silly for not knowing much about cars. Thanks for making it so easy for us, Doug! Even though I have 5 AutoZones closer to my house, are the reason I'd come back to this location! Keep it up! We need more people like you!
Rarely do you run across such EXCELLENT customer service like what I received from Trayvon at your Las Vegas location. Words cannot express the patience, knowledge and expertise that Trayvon has. Outstanding managerial skills, excellent multi-tasking, problem-solving and analytical skills. 10/10! 100% satisfied with service. Myra, on the other hand, is rude, condescending and has a major attitude problem and does not belong any where near customers.
I had an excellent experience. Sandi was very professional and new what she was doing. She figured out the windshield wiper I needed and replaced it perfectly. I highly recommend the Autozone at Rainbow Blvd and Spring Mountain.
Robert and Kevin. Shout outs to them, they welcomed me very well as soon as I walked in and with a great attitude. They treated me like a boss he treated me so well as a customer, I really appreciate their customer satisfaction and their customer service. I also appreciate how they installed everything quickly and efficiently and they even taught me how to do it as well, they really rang me up quick as well so everything was fluent they recommended the best ones with the descriptions in terms of summer weather and winter weather and whichever one was the most best selling. Also they looked out for me and they check the car before installing that way I didn’t have to go out there and waste more time, they did it quit being efficiently and I really appreciate all the customer support and all the help and speed in which they did everything. As soon as I was in there there was another customer that walked in and they welcomed them with such great attitude, the only thing that I could say is I really appreciate that as I’ve never seen that in an AutoZone or any single other big franchise store. Once again‘s shout out to them I don’t even know if they’re managers or not but they treated the business as if it was dares and it was great ambience in their great music and they were very well and professionally dressed smelled good, so I really like how they are making sure that every AutoZone or at least this one is on the really good in high-level condition
Came here for a part. There was a nice genteman that helped but then a lady that had the accent of the crocodile hunter just to try to give me a hard time about the diagnostic tool i was using and the care i was servicing for no reason. This lady seemed to suffer from a complex of having to prove herself for some reason. Some advice , when someone goes to buy a part don't question them.
Auto Zone is my go to place for anything I needed to keep my car running. The prices are affordable and staff here are very polite frie dly and very helpful.
So happy that I stopped by, and was easily able to determine that I need to change my spark plugs. My check engine light came on after a noticeable decrease in power and unbalanced motor rotation?. I've had it happen before, and figured it would be ignition related.

I had the BEST experience with Raymond! I was having a problem with oil leakage and after checking my oils which were o.k. and assessing the possible problem, he came up with probable causes that made me feel comfortable. Throughout the entire process, he was friendly, polite, and very professional; constantly demonstrating a great work ethic. Thanks Myra for hiring such a fantastic team member!
