I went to O’Reilly to get a battery and asked for help to put it in he told me it’s too cold for him to put it in I said okay just give me the battery and show me how to do it he proceeded to say no and that they didn’t even have my battery. So I left and came to autozone the nice lady name Chavahh I’m sorry if I spelled it wrong helped me she changed my battery and added oil to my car while it was 19 degrees!!!! A LADY !!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH !!!! Women will always rock

I just came in for help with choosing a wax to get a paint scratch out of my car. When I got to the register Arshon offered to take a look and let me know what I needed. Came by for a quick digital diagnostic test. We were quickly helped and received a printout of our results.

Was driving on Moreland to get a battery replacement and stopped at Advance auto… asked for a battery replacement and installation and the guy said oh hell naw! Drove up the street to Autozone and asked for the same battery and installation and it was not problem. Took 15 minutes for Arshon and I tipped him for excellent service. Great work! And the price of the battery was cheaper!
