Paul was extremely helpful with my situation. I came into Autozone for a tire issue and he helped me find the correct item and gave me detailed advice on how to use the product correctly. His customer service is above and beyond what I expected, and I will absolutely return to this location for future purchases.

Went in to get my engine light checked but was told the machine they used had gotten stolen and for me to come back tomorrow. Very convenient…so in other words they didn’t want to do it for me at that moment. It’s absurd how a place like this could advertise and offer this service for free all over the building and website but rely on ONE single machine to provide that service. I now have to drive an additional 12 minutes even further to the next autozone when this one was already a 17 min drive from my home. Wish I could leave 0 star review.

I believe it was manager on duty was very rude. He wouldn’t accept my return which was a part that I purchased upon his recommendation which didn’t work for my car, I wasn’t so much bothered by the policy as much as the way he spoke to me when I asked to return the product. He condescendingly asked me if I would gladly accept the return and put it on my shelf if I owned the store, it’s just so happens that I do own two customer facing businesses selling products and I absolutely would return any product that did not meet the satisfaction of my clients. I sure as hell wouldn’t speak to a paying customer the way he just spoke to me.

Shelley is a great store Manager. She not only helped me obtain a car battery she installed it despite having a store full of customers and being short staffed. She's an example of an awesome store manager.

I visited this location 8/28/22. The staff was ever helpful tonight. Houston patiently installed my lightbulb. I didn’t see Shelly but she sounds like a good manager.

I did not get the name of who was operating the phone. The person who picked up the phone has non existing interpersonal skills

Went in for windshield wiper replacements and guys were very helpful finding the right set. The manager installed them without me even asking. Great staff.

Stopped off at Autozone, needed help And when you know it you're Johnny he helped in a great way he my wipers and unpleasant courteous way

Needed a new car battery and not only was the staff super helpful in helping me get a new one, but we’re able to assist me in actually changing out the battery in the parking lot. Super thankful for the staff here because I am not the most knowledgeable about cars and they were knowledgeable and kind enough to help without any complaints. Thank you!
