Excellent customer service is an understatement! The manager James helped me to understand a very critical function in my new car I had no idea I was damaging my car. I come in often for little things like wiper blades and accessories the staff always greets with a smile and the line is never too long, I understand it’s a lot working in customer service but the staff doe’s genuinely try to help everyone from what I see! Thanks again James for helping me when I couldn’t get my car back on the road when the dealership refused to help!
I broke down 1 1/2 mile from the store location when my battery died. I was able to park safely thank God. However, I still needed help with my vehicle's battery. I phoned the store and thanks to the manager Mr. Rodney Hall and his employee Mr. Jemal Wiggins I was picked up by Mr.Wiggins and driven back to the store to purchase a new battery. The manager of the store even drove me back to my vehicle and took out the old battery and installed the new one. I was even given a percentage off of the new one on the end. These two men didn't have to help me the way that they did and I am so grateful for knowing that there's still good people in the world like myself. Let's talk about promotions these two men need one as well as a monetary commission on the back end. I will be so forever grateful for their generosity. The date of this act of kindness is November 22,2021 at 7:50 or 8:00 a.m. The weather was chilly and damp. I will never forget about what they did for me.
Absolutely amazing!!! Jamal went above and beyond to help me! I can barely walk on me knee and he helped me in the store and walked me to my car and carried my bag for me! He was the sweetest!
Aug 22, 2022: Purchased a Duralast Platinum battery for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Ltd 4WD 6cyl 3.2 ltr engine. They took the old battery. Great sales lady. Quick transaction. About $220 + tax.
Posted store hour on the wall said they close at 10pm but when I showed up there at 9:45 the door locked and when I called the store to make sure the girl upfront caught an attitude. I guess they don’t know how treat people

I bought a battery back in February for my 2005 BMW X5, but the battery didn't work for me for some reasons. When I went back and explained to the store manager, he just went and took one right off the shelve. 1/2022 so I'm very satisfied with the exchange.
I needed their code reader. Got my answers in less than 15 on the lot
#noshade didn't have the opportunity to ask an employee for help. Greeted practically as I walked in through the doors. Diagnosis ran and helped in under a half hour. I know this probably isn't typical- today however Employee 'Ron J'** set that bar. I hope this becomes standard if not already. It was almost like being selected on the 'Price is Right'. In an era where those going above and beyond seldomly get acknowledgement- today 'Ron J'** earned his flowers. -rarelysatisfiedcustomer
