Went there sunday , the guy at the register was really helpful because I didn't know what I was looking for, I just him the text my husband sent me . Great place.
I like that Auto Zone very nice polite very good employee I found what I was looking for as i look on there website IAM a happy camper
One of the guys was so helpful. He even walked to my car to help me find out some info about my car so he could get the right part
I was assisted by customer service rep Mia and she provided excellent service that was very informative and she had great patience with me.
Tonight I went to auto zone on American Legion in Roslindale. They had 7min to close Carlos M. helped me with my brake light. It was not working he figured out the problem great service I will refer anyone and send them to auto zone and ask for Carlos. Thank you soooooo much!

Went in to buy 1 thing for my tires and they did not have it so, I bought the my 2nd option. They had 2 lines for check out and they were slow but, I got through it.
Horrible customer service! I walked in and both employees purposely ignored me at the counter, looked at me then continued to talk amongst each other as if i wasn't there. I just walked out. I honestly couldn't believe it. DONT GO HERE, unless you want horrible customer service!
