Chris Palmer was great to work with and the install team did an excellent job. They walked me through everything that I needed to know and pre-programmed everything so that I wouldn’t have to. They installed a TV above the fire place that looked great. Great Customer Service! They responded quickly to all my questions and their price was extremely fair vs. the other bids we took for the same work.

My parents have a universal remote that over the years has gotten out of whack. I went through Google and called every home theater company in the area. This was the only one that answered the phone when I called and it was only one of two that I got a call back from. I explained the situation and they said that they could help. We were able to get a technician out within 48 hours which was pretty good considering we did not buy the system from them originally. My parents were over-the-top impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the technician. He got everything back up and running within 15 minutes and spent considerably more time patiently walking them through system operation. This is the way to build a successful business guys. Keep it up!

I cannot tell you how impressed I am with these guys! They are on top of the latest technology in the industry and their passion for it is second to none that I have seen. I will be looking to them for direction and guidance on how to keep residential buildings on latest edge of cutting technology! I am looking forward to a long future with them as my smart home consultants! If you need smart home services I strongly advise to use these guys.

They will do a good job. But it'll cost you a pretty penny and won't get done quickly.
