My daughter suprised me one day. I've been hearing impaired with auditory processing disorder and frequency/descible issues understanding certain sounds in words for all my life . Never foukd afford hearing aids. My daughter brought me to hearing life with Jill Marcoe and it was heart felt and teary as Jill tested me and fitted me for new up to date technology hearing aids . She was so kind considerate and caring. I've been back twice for check ins and accessories and still the same amazing treatment. I recommend her she's in maple wood look for hearing life. Amazing how I've missed ao many amazing sounds in my life and voices .
I have had my hearing aids for nearly 2 years and they work great. I have gone in a couple of times for supplies and once to have them cleaned and adjusted. Excellent service each tim.

Jill went out of her way to give me excellent service. Tried two different hearing aids, one that was a custom fit. I decided to keep my old aids for now, however they needed new ear pieces and some adjusting. All this was done with no cost to me! When the time comes to upgrade I will definitely be back to see her. Mike Dorr

Over a month and I kept calling. They stated they would call me back with insurance info and never did. Never apologized. Obviously don’t care about their customers.
