Great customer service from Tim at this location. Tim has a friendly demeanor and an extensive knowledge of their products. I definitely recommend this business to anyone needing a vape or juices. I recommend the following juice flavors: Mardi Gras, Aztec or Fruit Chews. I also recommend the affordable vape called PockeX by aspire.
Great prices but when I created a customer account or whatever it is in the store I received a call a few days later from a man that works there who told me I was getting a $5 coupon added to my account for being a new customer. Went in to the store and no coupon or discount was available to me. Wouldn't be a big issue but it's happened twice since.
The customer service here is awesome. The person who helped me I think his name is Justin greeted me warmly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am new to vaping and he made sure that I felt very confident with my purchase before I left the store. There was a customer who was upset because I didn't let him interrupt my purchase to make his transaction but the customer service agent asked me if it was ok first and handled the other customer professionally as well. I'm glad I chose this store to buy at.
I came in with a set price and was met with extreme eagerness to help by the two guys working here. James and Michael were extremely helpful and helped me get set up right inside my budget and with quality stuff. They set me up for rewards which No one else at the avail stores had done so far and helped get me out the door with solid professionalism. They seemed happy to help
Would love to give this store five stars but just the few issues that I have been having and still nothing has been done about it. I'm quite frustrated. After calling almost four weeks ago about my account I was told corporate was having an issue and to give them a couple weeks to fix it. So I did and to my surprise I still hadn't received my credits. So my next attempt was going into the location and speaking with someone. As I proceeded to tell him he explained it shows that I had no points of purchase on my account I told him that was completely incorrect as I have spent well over $100 in the few times I had visited there. Other than the fAct that this individual is completely a mood changer because he acts like he completely hates his job. I was told to leave my name and number and a manager would contact me and fix the problem. That was two weeks ago and still nothing. So I call about a week ago and speak to the manager himself. He tells me that he will manually enter my points and fix it and I should receive an email promptly. And yet here I sit with still nothing. I have to say this is yet by far absolutely ridiculous. I love this store and all the amazing vapors they offer but all this trouble to get a reward for all the purchases I have made and to feel like everyone is avoiding it makes me very unhappy especially after all the money I have spent there. And I know it was a mess up on their part because when I signed up for the rewards program I also signed up for the newsletter and getting on my account today I was not signed up. I have only received one email from them since signing up and I am very unhappy.
We went here earlier today with absolutely no knowledge about vapes and Mason really helped us out! He went above and beyond and gave us lots of advice, and he showed us how to properly use the vape and made sure everything works well before leaving. Great inventory and staff. We will definitely be coming back.
Solid vape shop, they have their own line of vape juice and a decent selection of other brands and devices as well. The store is set up very nicely but it feels almost a bit too "branded" to me. I suppose that is what comes with them being a larger chain. It's not really my go-to shop but since its close to me I stop in from time to time to get juice and the prices are decent.
Me and my friends came to AVAIL after it was recommended to me by my mom. James and Michael were professional, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. They even recommended some new flavors for us to try based on our likes and dislikes. We're definitely making AVAIL our preferred store.
New to vaping, decided to try these guys because the store was close. I'm glad I did. Jordan took fantastic care of me and my girlfriend, walked us through everything and had us puffing like steam engines by the time we left - he even stayed past closing time to make sure we were taken care of. I'll definitely be going back. UPDATE: Still among the better shops in terms of pricing, but their selection has completely stagnated. If you are looking for the latest devices, go elsewhere. And what they do have is "meh" at best.
I don't usually write reviews for places but I really appreciate avail. They are very nice and take everything professionally. Andrew was very helpful and showed me exactly what i wanted. I will definitely be back to buy my juice here.
