I read the reviews. I saw some are 5 star and some are 1 star. I called thinking I’ll see which is right and left a message. Unfortunately, I had a 1-star experience. No call back.
Great service. I’ve been wanting to find a technician to come repair my treadmill for a while but wasn’t sure where to start. Finally used google to search for one and read the reviews which motivated me to call. I called the main line and within an hour Ofir called and told me he was in the area. Arrived promptly and ready to figure out my issue. He was very professional and courteous. Definitely recommend.
I called to get a quote for maintenance on two excercise machines. The woman asked if I wanted them to accommodate to machines. In the end, after back and forth, she said that accommodate means maintenance. When I said that I had never heard that before she said, "Well, I don't think we are going to be able to help you. Thank you for calling." Are you kidding me?? That was so incredibly rude. I knew that her claim made no sense. I have looked up her claim of those words being synonymous, just in case I am wrong. NOT! And, yet, she hung up on me. HOPE HER BOSS KNOWS SHE IS FORCING AWAY BUSINESS OVER HER OWN LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE.
Customer service is not that great, I have been for a technician to return back to my home to complete the repair because he did not have proper tools to complete the job. I called the company and I have not heard back as of yet.
After calling the central number, the local tech contacted me quickly to schedule an appointment to work on my elliptical. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, recognized the problem quickly, fixed it without trying to up-sell me, and the fee was less than I had been quoted by another company that not only made me pre-pay, after 1 week I still didn't have an appointment! Highly recommended!
Wow, this place is great! I wish they repaired everything because I would call them all the time! First of all, this place has online scheduling, which I love. No phone tag required - you submit a request from their list of available times, and you get a confirmation email the next day. I called to double confirm the appointment because I'm seriously OCD, and they were super nice on the phone. The guy, whose name I didn't catch, didn't just show up on time, but showed up EARLY when does that ever happen with repair work?!. He was extremely friendly, professional, tolerant of my dog, and got right to work. my treadmill was having problems with the belt squeaking and stalling/skipping. He fixed it within 15 minutes, let me take a good jog on it for about 5 minutes to make sure I was happy, and then instructed me on how to perform some maintenance on it myself checking and tightening belts, etc.. Then, he put all our furniture back, cleaned up the treadmill and I paid by credit card which was very convenient. I got an e-receipt before he was even out the door. I really could not have been more happy with ATS and will absolutely call them again.
I would give this company 6 stars if that was possible! I could not be more pleased with their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to fix my treadmill. They were prompt, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose the issue and quickly resolve it. Thank you ATS! I will 100% use you again in the future!
Ofir, the owner, couldn’t have been nicer and more professional. He showed up within an hour or so after I called him and quickly determined that my recumbent bike needed a replacement servo motor. The part was not in stock, but luckily, a Maryland distributor carried it. Ofer fixed the problem completely — lack of sufficient tension when I was pedaling — during his second visit and stayed within his estimates. Very much worth doing business with.
A few days ago, my husband reached out to this company to see if they could fix our treadmill. Today, he finally got a hold of the tech who is also the owner. The tech/owner said he had returned my husband's call yesterday, but a call was never received. In the very brief conversation that was had, my husband tried explaining what was wrong with the treadmill, but didn't get the response he expected. The tech/owner was rude and not solution driven. My husband said, if you don't want my business, I can find another company to help me and the tech/owner said, find someone else and hung up on my husband. Hard to believe businesses like this can even thrive. Poor customer service = poor business.
Sent an email to ATS early yesterday morning, got a call back within hours, and they scheduled to come to my house late that day. My old treadmill died on me and I really wanted it fixed. The ATS technicians came and determined it really was well overdue for servicing. After oiling a few things and spraying silicon under the rubber track, everything was working again. They could hAve easily told me I needed a new motor or that I needed a new treadmill, but they were honest and up front about the whole thing. After paying the normal service fee as listed on their website , they were gone and I was back in business. I highly recommend this company to home gym equipment owners.
