I visited the Wilmington De store and my salesperson was Anna Caulk. Anna provided excellent service. She carefully explained the different types of flooring options and was very knowledgeable. It helped me make the best flooring decision for my needs. She followed through on my estimate scheduling and on my installation scheduling. Everything ran smooth and my husband and I are very pleased with our laminate flooring. Thank you Anna for your professional.

I purchased Hunter Douglas draperies for 3 bedrooms from Avalon Flooring. Shuk Sen provided expert design assistance, helping with color and trim selection. I am very happy with the final product - the drapery quality is excellent.

Great group of people to work with! From the front desk to the warehouse everyone is always friendly and willing to help. As a contractor it’s important to have sales rep that is willing to give each project, the customer, and myself the attention required to ensure each job goes smoothly. Rob has been this resource for me for years. Every time a customer leaves the showroom after working with Rob they always have something nice to say. They are impressed with his thorough industry knowledge and efficiency. I look forward to working with Rob and Avalon on many more projects!

My bathroom contractor sent me to Avalon to pick out tile for my bathroom remodel. He told me to ask for Justin to help me out. Justin was very helpful in showing me what I was looking for an answering all of my questions. He had great suggestions and even contacted my contractor for more details about what I needed. It was such a great and seamless experience that I went back a second time when I was having an additional bathroom remodel. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of the selection that Avalon has to offer.

Our backsplash installation couldn’t have gone better! Galena and Peter tore out the old tiles, replaced the drywall, and installed the new tiles in one day. We were amazed! They were so helpful with the placement of the tiles over the stove. We love the work they did. All of Avalon Flooring staff were wonderful. From beginning to end, we were pleased and very satisfied!
