Avana on the Platte Apartments

Overall, my experience at Avana Apartments has been nothing short of top notch. The architecture, the landscaping, the cleanliness, the apartment designs and layouts, the amenities, and above all, THE STAFF. Beyond the call of duty every time.

Ava a has been wonderful! From fun community activities to assisting with any issues. Lots of friendly neighbors and dogs! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Great experience so far. Moved in mid-July and have enjoyed the atmosphere and services. My One bedroom apartment is about 700 sq ft but with the high ceilings and open concept it feels very spacious. The pool has also been a lifesaver this summer.

Lived here for the last year and made a big mistake renewed my lease. Would not recommend anyway to live here especially for the amount i pay here.

Great apartment! This is the best place we’ve found for the best value. We enjoy the proximity to downtown Englewood and to the Riverpoint shopping center as well as great access to trails and parks.

We love living here! For being an apartment it’s surprisingly quiet! No hidden fees like a couple other places we have lived the office staff is very responsive and friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

Excellent maintenance team and a low deposit. They have a huge pool and a community center with pool tables and a workout room. Also is extremely close to everything you need for shopping.

The Avana provided me such an amazing experience! Very professional, efficient and respectful. Customer service was phenomenal. Recommend highly!
