Avana Uptown Apartments

JAMES IS THE BOMB!! This was by far the best decision I have made when it comes to apartment finding. Searching for apartments in Atlanta can be a headache but James made this process super easy. I love the location and the floor plan James recommended is the best! If you're thinking about moving here, DO IT!!

I’ve been living in these apartments for about 8 months and love the community and staff. The fact everything is close by makes it a lot easier for me to move around throughout the Atlanta/Brookhaven area.

I have not had any issues thus far. I've submitted an emergency work order request that was emergent and received a response to fix it within less than five minutes. Thus far, this is the best and fastest response I have experienced. The front office personnel made sure it was handled and resolved. They truly care!

I leased out an apartment here a week ago. It was a easy process. James Agnew was great, very professional and well mannered Gentlemen. He deserves 5 stars. I recommend him if you are going to lease out an apartment.

James did an amazing job at showing me the Units. He was knowledgably gifted in the art of leasing. Ready for the move!
