small environment,though  it is a great opportunity for me to start my career as a fresh graduate. I am enjoying working here as it is challenging everyday. so far i am having good experience here and looking forward to grow myself in terms of knowledge to be a core personnel of the company.

I have over 10 years of factory experience and this place is the best factory yet, for me. I mean come on we only work 14 days a month with great pay who could ask for better!!!! That's  half a year of work people!!!  I love it. THANKS AVANTI!!!!

Fast growing industry which is Eco-friendly and following green practices. Highly experienced and knowledgeable staff with friendly work environment.It's a great place to grow yourself and contribute to the industry
