Avenue 360 Health and Wellness

I was super skeptical about coming here since it's a low income clinic, but they proved me wrong. They probably treated me better then doctors office I've ever been too. Every person I interacted with was fabulous & they addressed all my health issues. I couldn't be happier. I'm thankful to have found this place.

Horrible service!! I called for 2 weeks straight to make an appointment and no one ever answered the phone. I also left a voicemail and nobody ever called me back.

I followed Dr. Garza here years ago from Legacy in Montrose and this has been a great clinic for my medical needs. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, I have not had any issues with appointments or communication. The new online portal they now offer to view my medical records has been very convenient for me.

I always have very pleasant experience here. From the front desk to the inside. Everyone here is helpful and friendly. And you never wait too long. Many thanks to the whole team effort...

When it comes a government office you can't do much better than this place. Very Satisfied about everything. Great caseworker clean environment everything you could ask for thumbs up five stars.
