Excellent service, we had the best experience and loved the car! She was meant for the coast and so was I! I'd definitely recommend this location and this car!

This is now the SECOND time I have been given a van because they didn't have the car I ordered in stock. The first time I was more understanding, but two times? I ordered a small car and got the farthest thing from it. Why are you allowing cars to be booked if you don't even have them? And I'm stuck paying for the bad gas mileage or no vehicle.

Extremely unprofessional, incompetent employees. Refused to accept my home state temporary license—when it clearly states in bold valid for 120 days from issue date on the license. I also find it funny that this employee Mary Ann Dodier is on here giving fake 5 stars ratings and answering herself. How pathetic . Anyways don’t waste your time here! Avis at Ontario Airport accepted my license without a problem. I guess that’s what happens when you hire competent employees who can read.

If I can rate less than a 1 I would. This is the first time renting from Avis and this location inside the Orchard Plaza parking in Rancho. I've experienced the worst customer service from the day I walked in and the day the car was dropped off. The old man that runs the front is rude and spoke over me when I address a payment issue after returning the car and he tried to argue with my husband about the gas tank not being full, but my husband explained that it wasn't his problem that the gas needle wasn't working or a delay. We had the gas receipt to for proof that we filled back the tank. If that's the case make sure all cars are thorougly inspected before renting them out. This place is old school and still prints out paper contracts vs other rental places. This is my first and last conducting any business with them.

Unprofessional and rude..... showed up 49 minutes early because we realized they closed at 5pm and our reservation was at 5pm so we didn’t want to arrive at closing time or make them work past the clock. Well maybe Karen in the front decided to go through with our reservation then once everything was complete inform us we would get charged a $50 fee because we were 49 minutes early lmao. We asked if we could come back at 5 then and she said no because she had completed everything already. Keep in mind this whole in the wall Avis was completely empty and had plenty of cars in stock. But Karen’s will be Karen’s. I’ve been to almost every Avis in the inland empire multiple times and will never come back to this one.

Older lady that works the front is Very rude for no reason! customer service was terrible

Came here because the upland location did not have anybody in the store even though they were open. They refuse to honor the reservation because it was one way. Getting my car has taken over 1 hour and counting.

Covina Avis didn't have our car ready so we were sent to this location and promised the same price. Ended up paying an extra $70 for the same class vehicle after driving here. Not a short drive. We were told each Avis sets their own prices, so that's why we were charged more. Then, when we returned the vehicle, the extra $70 was explained as being due to booking online and "extra booking fees". Yeah...okay.

Despite the negative reviews, I chose Avis and was surprised by how good the service was. I paid upfront, and nothing else was charged; no surprises. MaryAnn was super friendly and helpful. I’d have no qualms about renting another car with Avis.

I never write posts, but the unprofessionalism of the manager and this particular Avis needs to be addressed. DO NOT rent from this location! We made a reservation online and they did not have the vehicle. Instead, they attempted to give us another vehicle so when we tried and cancel the manager gives up an "upgrade" I later found out. Keep in mind, we have waited 30 mins past our pick up time. The next day when we drop off the vehicle, the manager walks out very unprofessional with an attitude and charges us another day for being 30 mins late. Please keep in mind, we waited 30 additional mins for them to find us another vehicle and our trip was almost canceled. Do not rent anything from here! Do not risk them not having the vehicle you reserved!
