Thank you Avenue Medical for installing the overhead lift we needed for our daughter. When we asked others about installing a lift, they all said the same thing - “Call Adam at Avenue Medical” - and they were right. Adam is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped us identify the right equipment for our home to meet our needs. Adam took care of everything and was so easy to work with - he’s quick on communication, scheduling, installation and training. He answered all of our questions and made recommendations for how to get it all to work. We are all so pleased with the new lift as it has taken all the lifting our of morning and bedtime care which not only saves our backs, but gives her better positioning and control over her situation. I needed to make safety upgrades to my bathroom and contacted an Aging in Place specialist as I really didn't know where to begin. Kathryn referred me to Adam from Avenue Medical. Adam helped me select appropriate items in the convenience of my home. From that first contact to the project completion everything was handled efficiency. We learned of Avenue Medical Construction when we needed to have an elevator installed, and it required a fair amount of construction to adapt our space to accept it. They were very professional from the beginning of our project, with the first visit from Adam Samuel, their owner. The work started a few days later, and the team spent the first couple hours securing and protecting our space from dust and harm. This contrasts with another construction team associated with the elevator itself that did not take such care with our property. Adam's team assigned to our project was quite competent, friendly, and accommodating. We were kept informed throughout the process of progress and next steps, including interim inspections. They were especially accommodating when we needed to ask that a section of flooring be redone, when we had asked too use flooring we had on hand, which turned out to not be the best solution for our needs, so they had to do it over. Rather than show any anger or push back on this, they proceeded to buy new flooring that was a good match for our existing flooring, and installed it without comment. The finished work looks great, and we feel will add to the value of our home. Adam has a couple special designations for advanced training in building or retrofitting accessible solutions for senior and disabled persons. The team is quite creative, and Adam visited several times while the construction was ongoing. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam and his company for anyone needing various kinds of accessibility accommodations in the kitchen, bathroom, for a wheelchair lift, etc. They are top notch and we are glad to know about them for any future needs we may have. Who knew there was a one-stop shopping place for medical/precautionary needs! We called with our request, Adam came to our home and installed grab bars in our two bathrooms. We discussed a new, safe railing for our stairway. It was installed by a skilled, professional who was polite. We are very pleased with all Avenue did to ensure our safety. Happy we know they are a phone call away. A wee bit pricey but worth it to us...timely response, excellent service and workmanship.

Avenue Medical Construction did a complete renovation/redesign of our 2nd floor kids bath. Amazing attention to detail & incredibly responsive to my calls & concerns. This company is a full service and specialize in handicap accessible needs. Everyone at this company, from the person answering the phone to the owner cared and worked hard to make our renovation go smoothly. They far exceeded all our expectations and would definitely look forward to hiring them again in the future. Shout out to Adam, Mike, Vanessa, Marsha ,Dwayne YOU GUYS/GIRLS ROCK!!!

Adam Samuels and his employees at Avenue Medical Construction are professional yet warm and friendly. Adam suggested safety improvements to help my husband with his balance problems and the equipment he installed has greatly reduced his falls and increased his safety.
