This is my first visit, I arrived 5 minutes late for my appointment due to the heavy rain and traffic. If you’re driving, be mindful of the very limited street parking. The receptionist was very polite and helpful. I had to wait for another 10 minutes until they called me in. The nurse/dental technician was a very quite guy and you had to pay close attention to be able to hear his instructions. Very cool guy though! I got my teeth cleaned by the doctor and it was a quick and less painful process. Mind you, I’m not a big fan of dentist! Doctor showed me my x-ray result and some follow-up actions in order to get my teeth back in action. Will recommend this place to others.

I don't usually post reviews of any kind of medical office, but I felt like I had to after my visit today! I've been to a lot of dentists and needed a lot of work done over the years, and this time in particular I was having a really hard time getting numb. Dr. Mark was really patient, and checked multiple times and did several doses until I was able to be as comfortable as possible. I was profusely apologizing because I was taking up a lot of time and he was so reassuring and never encouraged me to just 'deal with the discomfort.' I'm really happy this is my new office!

Had a chipped tooth capped and was happy with the experience. About a month later started having pain in the same tooth. I returned to the dentist and was told I needed to do a better job of flossing. Three days later I was in severe pain and decided to see another dentist. I had an abscess and needed a root canal.

Just visited Dr. Mark recently for my teeth extraction. I was late due to train delayed but he was nice to wait for me. I was nervous since it has been years since I got my teeth done. But I was most impressed with how quick and gentle he worked on me. I didn't feel any pain during the process! Moreover, I mentioned that I am a student and he also helped me out. Will recommend this place.

Dr. Mark is nice, and gentle, seems like a good dentist hard for me to tell as a patient -- I've had different dentists give completely opposite advice on what care I need. Unfortunately he is let down by his staff or lack thereof. A tip: when you walk in and nobody is at the desk, call the office number -- the hygienist's cell will ring. Yes, there is a part-time admin. assistant, but she will not return your calls. One time, she insisted she did call me, but used a wrong number, since I had no record of the calls. I guess I can't prove that was a lie. If you need something, like an appointment or a device made, be prepared to call every day, and don't take "we'll call you tomorrow" for an answer.

Been seeing Mark for years now. Always an easy going experience. Have also had emergency care handled quickly. Appreciate his work. 5 stars.

Had two exams and cleanings here and was happy with the treatment I received. Unfortunately, due to a death in the family, I missed my most recent appointment and called the day of to cancel. I left a message and asked to be rescheduled, as well as submitting a request online and never heard back. About a week and a half later, I started getting a large lump in the roof of my mouth, called and left a voice message apparently no one answers the phone here anymore and tried to schedule an appointment online. No one has ever gotten back to me. Ended up in the ER.

I love coming here. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, and everyone seems to really enjoy their job. Jennifer, at the front desk, always has a smile on and makes me feel remembered and appreciated every time I come to the office. The dental assistants, as well, are very sweet and always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Of course, Dr. Mark - he's very calming and attentive, and he communicates well: he always makes sure I know exactly what's going with my dental health, from explaining my X-Rays to me, to talking with me about my diet, to responding to any concerns of mine about future dental needs, wisdom tooth growth, etc. I especially appreciate the big screen TVs playing episodes of Planet Earth!

Dr. Mark is fantastic a real perfectionist and very meticulous showing great attention to detail; very careful and precise which is great when it comes to your teeth! The staff is fantastic as well. They really work hard to make your visit as effortless and comfortable as possible. They also work to squeeze you in when you get an unexpected ouch or maybe just had a new baby or your hours changed at work. Best dentist I have ever been to hands down!

Had an appointment for 5pm but when I arrived, the doors were locked. Didn’t receive any calls in regards to the office closing early.
