What a great experience! Made reservation for Mother's day brunch, glad I did! The staff were amazing, super energetic and happy to see us. The service was very attentive. The dishes were beyond amazing, even pleased the pallets of my teenagers! Thank you for help making a great Mothers day!

I don't have photos of the weekend brunch food that we've had but we've been here 5+ times and had great experiences every time. The staff is professional and attentive. We have always been correctly quoted for wait times. This is the beef stroganoff and the parisian gnocchi from the dinner menu! SO good and so filling!!! *If you order something from the menu that includes mushrooms, it will not disappoint. I don't know where they get them but they are incredible!

Avenues Proper unfortunately gets about a 3.4. I have been a couple of times, and after this last time I just can't justify those prices for this food. It all looks great and high quality, but it has gone downhill over the last year. Atmosphere is great, it's an awesome place inside and has friendly staff, but food is just not worth it and not very good for what you pay. My burger by itself w/ bacon which was average was a $20 burger. The bun was awesome and well toasted, the only real highlight for me, but everything else was very mediocre. A decent beef patty, too lightly seasoned, nothing worth $20 to be found on there. The Beef Stroganoff is $26, yes $26, and one of the most underwhelming flavors of any pasta dish I've ever had. It has minimum amount of beef, super light sauce, and small portion. Don't let the Fancy Frittes picture fool you on crispiness. The fries were cut unproportionally which makes the cook different on all of them, and they were very soft. The best part is the garlic aioli they serve it with, but I was disappointed because I even asked for a little extra well done on the fries. I really think it is an overpriced restaurant right now and I do not recommend it.

I love the location! Nothing beats the avenues in my opinion. Setting was great, perfect date spot, beer was good, and the fries were awesome! I love trying a burger from each restaurant I go to at least once if possible. I was let down with this one, presentation is great, but it lacked in flavor, a little bland for me.

Cool place that offers fresh food and drinks in an inviting atmosphere. Food was fresh prepared and cooked to order. Cocktails were made with fresh ingredients. Service was adequate and friendly. Solid brunch spot that is fun and inviting. Ample on street parking.

We had a bigger birthday group lunch here and the food did not disappoint. The sunshine burger was one of the best Burger's I've ever had and the fries were excellent as well. Our server, Max was awesome and attentive despite our large size and made everyone feel welcome. His partner server was also lovely I don't remember her name but I want to say Millie?. The menu was concise and everyone enjoyed their meal. Will be visiting again!

Stopped by for brunch. Won’t be back. Potatoes were burnt and eggs Benedict had so much Cumin it tasted terrible. However the pineapple mule was great, and my friend enjoyed his biscuits & gravy. But it took 40 min for our food to come out and about 15-20 for my drink. Didn’t even touch my food not that my waitress cared. Way better brunch around the city

Randomly happened upon this restaurant while driving through the avenues. I was quickly seated and was suggested the Special which was the salmon risotto. I was absolutely blown away by the flavors and the presentation! Perfectly crusted Salmon with crispy oyster mushrooms. The risotto itself was cooked to perfection and everything worked together harmoniously. This needs to be a fixture on their menu for sure! Thank you!

Ok so good! I went here on recommendation from FemaleFoodie and it didn’t disappoint. The egg Benedict was sooo good and the potatos it came with were amazing! My husband got the stuffed French toast and was sad at how dry it was. The lady next to us felt the same way. My only complaint was how close we were sat to another party. It felt like we were sitting with them when there were several other tables open. But all in all so so good!
