I got lost trying to return the car a day after the 4th of July holiday. I called and made them aware of it. I called the location to make them aware she said everything would be fine. A few days later I realized I was charged an extra 80 dollars for being 15mins late.

Busy weekend. The lady was great but they should have had multiple people working. I was on line for 30 to 45 mins.

The rental rep was kind quick and great at customer service....best experience today

Just picked up our car from Avis. Carmen who was working the front desk was amazing. It’s very busy on a Saturday morning and she was a one women show, quickly getting through all the people waiting for Cars. She was so pleasant and easy to work with! Thank you Carmen for a great experience!
