This place is the worst place to live. You better not have a car if you have a car this is what's going to happen to you.
I lived in this apartment for about 15 months. I truly loved it. Grate location 15 min to White House , Pet friendly, great management team special Tai and also grate maintenance team.
My family and I moved here because if all the great benefits like a computer room free parking.But now there is no free parking they charge 15 dollars a month and no computer room.Dont get me started on the rent the rent goes up more and more each year and they try to be sneaky about it
I have been a resident with Avondale for 6 months now and I am very satisfied with the services provided here. Tai has been helping me since day 1 and is continuing to help me to this day. He is very reasonable and goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy as a tenant.
Since moving here in September, we been happy with our new community of caring people. Professional support staff, promptly meeting our service needs. Clean environment, highly recommend.
