I had to review such a great business. I went to a couple of other places to get prices for an inscribed plate, and not only were other places higher priced, but had bad customer service. As a retired military woman, they made me feel important, which is something I appreciate. Not only were the prices at Awards West reasonable, but their customer service is tops!
