Absolutely awful. Super unprofessional. I loved coming to this girl at first. The first time she made my hair BEAUTIFUL, then each time I come back my hair keeps getting messed up which is super weird because I always want the same thing. She didn't style my hair this last time because she booked her massage way too close to my appointment and rushed me and my 2 year old out the door before i could see the DAMAGE she did to my hair. I feel like the worst thing about Taylor is that she doesn't communicate what she's about to do, she just assumes she knows what I want and then messes my hair up. This last time I asked her to touch up the balayage that SHE DID and she literally made my entire head yellow, messed up ugly blonde and really uneven roots. It was devastating and I ended up just going back brown because it was soooooo bad. I literally didn't go outside for like a week until I felt comfortable putting more product on my head. Once I told her it was messed up she tried arguing with me instead of just accepting that she messed up and fix it so unprofessional and I highly recommend just going to the next hair stylist you find because she's not it.

I initially came to Taylor with an emergency. I was starting a new job and my prior hair lady called it quits, ended up going elsewhere and the chick butchered my hair. Taylor got me in immediately to fix the damage and here I am 3 years later saying shes never done me dirty. Literally the best you can get!!

Taylor is a wonderful professional. She is not only kind and welcoming but discusses your wishes before she starts on your hair. I had many, many inches cut off and she took the time to prepare me for a huge change and verified with me, multiple times, if that is really what I wanted. My hair feels amazing and looks absolutely beautiful. I am excited to rock my new cut. I highly recommend anyone to AZ Hair Doc that cares about their hair.

5 stars is not enough stars. Taylor did an amazing job at correcting a hair color disaster my daughter had. She is very efficient, she is super sweet, and she definitely is a hair expert.
