I could not be happier with my experience buying a piano here! Prices are more than fair, and everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have a huge selection of acoustic, digital, and hybrid painos. Everything I could possibly want to know before making a purchase was comprehensively explained to me. Great communication throughout the process. Delivery was quick and smooth despite the tricky set of stairs leading to my apartment. 11/10 experience; I would absolutely recommend AZ Piano to anyone looking to buy!
AZ Piano had a Kawaii piano sale so I went to go see what they had and what I found was a great selection of all types of pianos from digital, hybrid, acoustic uprights, to concert grands from all over the world. Jason the owner worked with me and my schedule to get me the Cadillac of upright acoustic pianos, a Kawaii K15s with an offer I could not refuse. The staff was super friendly, the process was of purchasing it was easy, and delivery and setup was a breeze. I definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a great piano for their place.
Massive selection with a great variety of pianos. Jason and the staff were fantastic to deal with. Jason took a lot of time to discuss the story behind each piano I was interested in. He has a classical music background and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Jason is very knowledgeable. He is responsive to calls and texts and has a nicely stocked showroom of new and used pianos. I bought a used digital Kawai from him and was very pleased with the process. No games or runarounds. Jason has fair pricing and is a product expert.
My wife and I picked out a beautiful Kawai GL20 at AZ Piano just a little over a week ago. I was in the market for either the GL10 or GL20 and it really helped that AZ Piano and a good selection for us to try. We spent hours in the store just comparing tone and touch. Jason was a tremendous help. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions. In the end we chose the GL20 and with it home now we couldn't be more proud of it. Jason was great to interact with. He gave us a great deal, kept us well informed on the delivery details and has been patient answering our questions that we've had since our new piano's arival. At home the tone is perfect. I love how soft it allows me to play! I highly recommend the GL20 and AZ Piano.
Jason was incredibly helpful and polite, even when we stopped by without an appointment. He was patient when I wanted to look at the pianos on three separate occasions before making up my mind. We had a great experience buying our piano at AZ Pianos. Jason is a very knowledgeable and honest business owner. He cares about what you want, and he does not push for sales. We have an apartment and were struggling to pick between an upright and an electric piano. In the end, we came two separate times because we did not want to rush our decision. Jason helped us pick this electric piano that would fit our needs in an apartment without compromising the sound of the piano. The technology for Kawai is very impressive. Thank you again!
I recently purchased a K-300 to replace an older upright piano. Jason was so helpful as I was deciding between models. He is very knowledgeable about pianos, helpful, and low-pressure, giving me the space I needed to play the two pianos to make my decision. I was also very impressed with how many different types of pianos he carries. I cannot imagine a better place to buy a piano than AZ Pianos. And, I absolutely love my beautiful new piano!
