Solid place. I've been coming here since my move to Astoria in April 2020. They're hours are pretty good, early enough before work and late enough for after work. Always clean inside. If a washer or drier isn't working they'll have a note but it's never an issue where there's a long line to get things done. Less than 5 times I've been there and it's been full to where I needed to wait for other people to finish. Pricing I think is decent, $2 a load to wash $4 for larger load and .25 cents is 8min worth of drying time. Owners/workers are nice, quiet, and resepectful. They also have a change machine but it only takes, $1, $5, and $10. Anything larger they'll break down into smaller bills for you.

After my clothes finished washing the machine door didn’t want to open. I approach the lady that was working there and told her my issue. She checks the machine and tells me it’s not finished yet. Despite being washed for 37 minutes. I kept telling her that and the machine even stopped spinning and she kept telling me the same thing. Then she pushed a button and a whole new cycled started again!!!! My clothes we’re being re-washed for another 37 minutes cycle, which extended my time drastically. Due to the fact that the machine was broken, it delayed everything else. I put two machines of clothes to dry and they were finished before the washing machine was done. Once it finally finished I put my last load the one that washed twice to dry. I made sure to put an exact timer on my phone to pick it up. Once I get there, the laundry mat is closed despite the woman seeing me timing it and knowing I’m coming back. Horrible and unprofessional service.

Avoid at all cost. I used the drop off service and my laundry bag was destroyed upon pick up. The owner refused to pay for the bag saying the bag is cheap. Dishonest business.

Very rude personnel. Closed the light before I could take my clothes from the dryer and sat next looking at me while I was taking them out blindly because she needed to go home before closing time 11pm. Never going there again. Complete lack of respect for the customers.

The woman with blond hair is so rude she want to use the machine to finish her drop off instead of the customers laundry so as so many machine is out of service the owner is rude also as this woman he saw that the dryer is not working properly but they robbed more money instead of repair it the worst laundry in the neighborhood

simple straight forward laundromat for weekly washers, natives and non- gentrifiers. still uses quarters! Customer since 1985!

Never use drop off but place is clean and the ladies are nice. Machines are pretty cheap too.

Pretty good machines, standard prices, and plenty of open machines in the morning.
