Awesome burgers and sallad bowls. My wife and I had the West side burger with sweet potato fries and Power bowl. Both tasted awesome you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The home made strawberry lemonade tasted really good had 3 refills . Inexpensive total price $24.35
The concept was decent for the most part...local, allergy friendly etc. But food was lackluster and unfortunately that's the bottomline on restaurants. Chips was stale and didn't come enough to cover the salsa. Half of the bun was dry and hard. Cheap and decent portion though. Good student option. I suppose.
My colleague always has lunch here, so I thought I'd give it a try tonight. I walked in and it was dead, no one there and I couldn't even see any employees... I should have taken that as a hint. A few moments later a young man came to take my order. Was very point blank, not rude but no care in the world. I ordered a veggie burger and sweet potato fries. They came up pretty fast. The fries were burnt. Some were ok, but I could only eat half because of this. The veggie burger was so over cooked it hurt to bite down on it. No flavor to the burger or anything. I had to load up with ketchup just to eat it. The dining area was also dirty, counters and tables had not been cleaned since the last guest came and who knows when that was! Not impressed and wouldn't eat here or any other location again.
Quick and tasty. Our plain burger was a little too charred on the outside, but everything else was good. In addition to the minimal seating on the ground floor there is a little lounge upstairs that was surprisingly quiet on a Sunday around lunchtime. That was a pleasant surprise, although it was a bit too hot. The kids thought the free arcade game in the lounge was excellent.
This is an excellent eatery with natural foods and very healthy choices. I had a salad with kale for the first time and I didn't think I would like it but it was delicious! The vegetables are fresh, organic and good quality. I love the Kale and Grain bowls. They are salads packed with healthy, nutritious ingredients and have a warm super-grain mix or organic quinoa. However, it is not cheap. I got the Spicy Avocado and Lime bowl for $9.99 then I added chichen and it costed $13.99! I did manage to get 2 meals out of it which wasn't bad. They also serve burgers, sandwiches, real fries and smoothies but I haven't tried any of these. I love the Kale and Grain bowls with chicken so that's what I order every time. They are all over Back Bay, downtown and most towns outside of the city. Check them out, you will be surprised at the quality of the food and how delicious it
Amazing veggie burgers! The patties are a variety of ingredients that balance each other; head and shoulders above most other veggie burger offerings at other restaurants. I also really like that they provide so many options, and those options are generally very good. Decor is appropriate for the venue. Service at this particular location has been good but not spectacular; there have been a couple order mix-ups.
Terrible service... no one was available to take orders. Food took forever to prepare and was served for here instead of as ordered to go. And while I had paid for guac, they forgot to add it... or anything else. It was just a burger patty on a bun. For $8.50. And it wasn't even good... meat was dry and overcooked. Unclear to me how this place is in business at all... maybe the shakes are good or they survive on one-time customers?
The burgers are great but the sweet potato fries are terrible
A solid C- experience. I wanted to believe the mission of this place, but the follow through and food I ordered was abysmal. While understandably exhausted at the end of her shift, the hostess was borderline rude to me when explaining that they didn't except levelup anymore. I felt on my first time there I should be safe ordering their signature products a burger and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries were burt and tasted overwhelmingly of ash. The hamburger, while beautiful, was cold, terrifyingly bland, and consisted mostly of bread. Sadly, the best part of the whole experience was the ketchup. The sticker shock for the meal was reasonable if the food had been good, but considering the poor performance, I felt robbed. I can safely say I'll never go back.
The burgers we smaller than I expected, and the bottom bun of my burger and my sweet potato fries were both charred black in several places. It seems that this was deliberate, part of the style of the place, but I want impressed. All this being said, my Westside turkey burger was tasty.
