1st Job: had a stainless counter-top fabricated. Workmanship passable was not what I expected. 2nd Job: basic sheet metal wall covering with 4 angled edges. Dropped off the plans. The rep never followed up. A week and 3 calls later he said he would get the work started. Another week and I made another call. Rep said he was on medical leave and the job slipped through the cracks. He promised to have it done ASAP. A week later I called and another rep said he'd look into it. 2 days later that 2nd rep called back and said they lost my plans.
