My room was changed twice due to uncleanness. The bed sheets where filthy and also the carpet. When I expressed my concerns to the reception. She stated that they were short handed due to covid.The reception was extremely nice and willing to accommodate us. The bartender named Rickey made to best drinks.

The ONLY place I ever stay when I'm here. Pure opulence, beyond beautiful decor. Welcoming, kind, funny staff Super clean, gorgeous rooms. Comfy beds, safe location. Walking distance from everything, but far enough away to have a quiet night. The best hotel in all of New Orleans

Honestly it was pretty okay the hotel has its own personality I just felt like being a critic because I got bored. Just random suspicious stains but it gives the room character. Elevator was terrifying when in use but staff are generally nice and bartender is also still hella cool

Great location of everything. No pool or fitness room and the Bar/ resturant closes at 11pm. Would have gave 5 star but having to go to the front desk to swap out your own towels/ sheets to receive clean linen was not a good touch. At least someone could cone to the room and offer.

Absolutely love it .... rooms are nice ... hallway smells kinda old. The front desk acknowledged the face that I wanted to stay on the lower floor. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean!

Room and hallway cleanliness were pretty embarrassing to say the least. The towels and entire bathroom experience were a little gross. Hallway was a mess strewn with used towels and miscellaneous litter and dirt.

Excellent location! Friendly staff and very welcoming! Views from the room were AMAZING! Walking distance from everything. This is the only place we will stay in New Orleans! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
