Cheesesteak was greasy as all hell. 2 slices of pizza with sausage had no taste whatsoever. Wait time was insane, Prices compared to other spots in airport very high also. will never visit this place again flying in and out.

They made a mistake on my order. When I came to the cashier register with my receipt asking for my order to be corrected she said she couldn’t do it without the manager so I’d have to eat it or order another. I don’t think I need to pay 11 dollars again. Cashier wasn’t Very helpful. I don’t think she intended on being unprofessional. I think she just wasn’t trained properly.

Got a Caesar salad and a beer while waiting on my flight. Beer was very good, the salad, and dressing were fresh. The croutons…..not so much. Quick way to ruin a good salad. Had to update the review and change rating. Not a good idea to auto grat a single person’s check. I wondered why my bill was a bit much, so I looked at the detailed receipt. Auto 18%, on a party of 1! No mention on the menu, or on the tables. Then to also have a tip line on the bill! Wow, that’s not right at all. No issues with tipping more than 20% normally, I strongly disagree with auto grat and not stating it. I am also a bartender so I understand, but still. WOW! “Service Charge” , do that and with most people that is your call on the tip you want.

Got laughed with a bit of attitude for asking what time they opened.

Food wasn't bad for a tablet driven, quick stop airport eatery. Surroundings a little rough but staff were very pleasant.

Hostess in charge of the yogurt/drink section doesn’t know what customer service means. Not only she was disrespectful to my wife and later to me while trying to provide “instructions” but her tone/approach is very unprofessional. She also seems to have issues with peoples with kids as she was shadowing my 3 year old like he was going to steal something! Lol. Won’t be visiting this place again when I’m at this airport. Not a family friendly place.

1. That’s how Moscow mule is served. 2. It was so sweet. I’m a big fan of Moscow mule so I really know the taste. The taste of this one was not any near. Felt like drinking sugary syrup

For an airport restaurant this place is quiet nice especially walking between terminals here in Philly! Sitting was available right away. They have a plenty of space to comply with social distancing that is required to minimize exposure to COVID-19. Drink menu is more lengthy than the food menu but you can find your essential main course like Nashville Hot Chicken Buns - spicy hot and yummy. They also have dessert menu - short but sweet! They are also eco friendly they offer part straws for your drink.

This place is an absolute rip off. Ordered a drink I understand airport prices but total ripoff. Took 15 minutes to get drink after I ordered and literally barely any vodka in drink. Not even a thank you from bartender.

The calamari rings were delicious and the customer service was wonderful by the bartender. But when I came back and sat on another table the waitress was very disruptive and was just rushing. She asked me what I wanted three times in less than 5 minutes. I'm giving 4 stars because the place is great. It has great food and the tablets offer fun games to play while you wait for the food and for your flight. But I wasn't happy with the second waitress at all.
