Dr.Oak is terribly unprofessional and unfit to practice.Wasted years of therapy and has no notes, no files, or even a treatment plan to show for it for an autistic child and became aggressive/ combative when politely asked in three separate occasions for files to procure actual treatment for the child. The only help given was to prescribe pills with no formal diagnosis given by him please do not go here or send anyone you even remotely care about to this office.

Front staff very un professional. They do not do proper follow ups. Do not contact patients when a dr leaves. Does not set up another doctor in place. In turn this distupts a clients overall stability. I contacted over 10x, no follow thru. When you call them for information, appt setting, new doctor, they will not accommodate, even though it is their fault a client has not been seen in months. Very careless.

Terrible place Doctor O this is for you especially. Your terrible at your job don't know where u got ur license this place should be shut down it's a waste of space!!!! Raggedy place as well smells like toes and mold just don't come here like fr

E. Rodriguez is correct. Unprofessional. The wait to see someone is too long. Making someone with anxiety wait an hour to see a counselor is inexcusable. I was seen late on each visit, so they can't argue that it's a once in a while thing. I was also charged an incorrect co-pay. They were barely apologetic.

Very professional & courteous staff and might I add that they are very objective and unbiased in how they deal with their clients & patients. I would definitely recommend!

These people are kind and helpful. There is no reason for anyone to say anything negative about them. They are serious about what they do.

DR. O IS EXTREMELY RUDE. He just cares about your billing your insurance. This man is the reason why it's hard to support black businesses. I will not be coming back to this establishment. Totally wish I can give one star. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Please don't waste your time money and energy coming her. You will be serious disappointed and it will add to your mental health issues. Do yourself a favor and run far away.
