Had an issue with a missing part. Called customer service and they immediately scheduled a repair date for me at the facility. The receptionist was kind enough to come outside to show me in and the parts guy inspected my stroller completely for any other potential issues.

In their display of a car seat they have a young boy who is to young to be forward facing. They are leading people to believe that their small children should be flip early. Most children are safer refacing till 40-50 pound. They have lost my Business. They really deserve zero stars.

I have bought 2 baby trend car seats. One of them had problems with getting stuck in the base. I called and they were quick to send out a replacement part for my carseat.

Only had my baby trend debut a short period of time and o my used it a handful of times when the front tire started to bend as I push it.I can no longer use it .I am extremely unhappy
