My house recently had hail damage. I had Jonah out for an estimate. After going through multiple quotes, Jonah's was by far the best. He had his crewChad, Sam and others out on the day that was scheduled. The crew worked through the rain, fixed other problems found under old siding, and was able to complete all work in less than a week with all the setbacks. I would highly recommend BAC Construction for any of your exterior projects.

I heard about BAC Construction from my daughter; they'd done the roof on her south Minneapolis home. Still, I did get 4 other estimates. I went with BAC, however, because of the super level of communication by salesperson, Nick Noor. That high level of responsiveness seemed to be the company's standard, as Chad Miller, the project supervisor also readily responded to my texts and calls. The actual roofing crew was amazing; they finished reroofing the house and garage in one day, barely stopping for a break! The bushes, the yard, the patio, the driveway were all cleaned up nicely even after a whole day of roofing. BAC did not disappoint!

They have been a very difficult company to work with. They never returning calls. Sales rep. Zachary Engen no longer returns emails, phone calls. Nor does he call back when messages are hand delivered from receptionist. Paid 30% down over 4.5 months ago and project STILL NOT DONE! Attempted to call head of all operations instead John and his phone says the mailbox if full and I am unable to leave a message. Company treats clients/customers like garbage, would not recommend their services or that you call them even for a quotes. AVOID BAC Construction!! I own two businesses myself and I'm shocked how they treat customers. Water has been pouring into basement of property due to their work not being completed...no one cares to call back or complete job.

This company puts the customer first! Our new deck built by BAC Construction is wonderful and we are extremely happy with their work. They were very honest, fair, and demonsrated excellent workmanship. They stand by their bigh standards. We would highly recommend them for construction projects around the home!

Contracted with BAC to do a roof tear off and replacement last summer. They never did it and left all the shingles and other roofing supplies sitting in the parking lot for months on end. Now we're going to conciliation court to see if I can get my down payment back. I'll never deal with them again!

This company was hired by our association to replace the roofs. They failed to cover the roof on the day they took out the roof and got rained on. The result of that caused water damage to the house. They hired a cleaning company to come and clean up the water damage. It has been over 4 weeks and our house is a mess still. They keep saying they are coming to put the drywall on and they keep canceling. It has been frustrating to deal with them. They have no remorse for all the damage, physically to our house and also emotionally to us because we are living in a messy, dirty house with walls taken out. My sister and I have been in contact with Chad. He has been playing games all this time. This company only cares about customers that brings them money and not the customers that they have done wrong to. They are responsible for fixing these damages and are not acting fast enough. We have been living in a very messy house for a few weeks now. Who wants their home to look like a mess and walls are taken out. No one would want that. Please do your research before hiring this company.

Zac isnt returning calls, texts, or emails after several attempts. I met them at the Home show and it started out well but no follow up on my estimates, not even the courtesy to state they could not take my roof and chimney job.

very expensive change 2 boards $ 716 + very poorly done. I do not advise anyone to contact them
