This place could be better with a renovation.. the restrooms where very clean and well kept... I love the bar staff , even with pricey drinks...

The worse place to buy tickets, very dishonest. Jose is the worse. Lie to me about connection flight and endup costing me a lot of money. Don' t waist your time just go somewhere else they don't care and if you call them they will pretend like nothing happen. Liars

Terrible service. I told the person on the phone that my friend just got a ticket for less and asked if she could check the price leaving from a different airport and she treated me so poorly that I gave up. I will continue to use the BACC from NYC. So disappointed.
