Very high end five star experience.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are very spacious for NYC, showers are pure rainfall, which makes such such such a difference. Even during Covid, felt taken care of, and totally safe. Nice hidden gem.

The worst management I ever dealt with. They are literally money hungry. Don’t even try to fake that customers are their priority. If you like to go places to where all they want is your money go there. Place is not overpriced, they just will do anything to take your money with out even doing anything for you.

One of my top 3 places in NY and I have been everywhere....The cocktails are the most exquisite in the whole NY, made with expensive spirits and served in awesome Baccarat crystals. How can this go wrong? The service is probably the best in NY. Plain awesomeness...
