Went to have my car inspected. The staff was so friendly and prompt! Got there before they opened and was in and out before 830. I'll see you next year!

We have been bringing our three vehicles  Sedan, Jeep and huge Silverado to Back Bay Auto since moving to Pungo. They have addressed every issue and concern from inspections to major issues. Always clear and professional w communication on what our vehicles issue is and the fix needed. They are welcoming and trustworthy to boot!! We never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family! Always leave there a satisfied customer!!

Extremely impressed with the neighbors at Back Bay Auto Repair. Brought my CR-V in on a late afternoon and had it back first thing the next day. Fair pricing, quick service and great customer service!  Highly recommended!!

I had a leaky valve stem on my TPMS and called first thing and they were able to squeeze me in right away and replace the leaking one with a standard non TPMS one and saved our vacation! People there were wonderful and very kind. Please give them your business.

They were great, very friendly & efficient! Dropped the car off the afternoon before for an inspection and oil change the next morning. They got both done early the next day and I was on my way!
