Beth was super throughout my whole my massage. She used various techniques to target problem areas and answered my questions about areas of tightness and tenderness with suggestions on how to target these areas and prevent long term pain. I now better understand how the ways I sit, work and move affect my musculature.
I started going here after attempts with one other chiropractor as well as two physical therapists. Finally I found somebody who isn't just making me feel good in the moment but actually working to help me feel good for the long term. Their staff is friendly and they are actively engaged in helping me.
