Good people they know how to cut meat they make yummy jerky and sausage

The speed of turn around and quality of cut and wrap were terrific. We have engaged in business with many game processors and the product we received was of great guality. The reason there is not 5 stars is because the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I called to ask clarifying questions which were not appreciated. I was perceived as a complainer and my questions resulted in receiving a follow up phone call that was both confrontational and defensive.
