My car needed a whole new tailgate, back window, and bumper due to an accident. Badell’s Collision was the place to go as my car looks brand new! Quick service and very helpful with connecting to enterprise for a rental. I could not be any happier with the work they have put in to making my car look brand new again!

My older Prius needed a face lift due to the clear coat peeling off the hood plus there was some missing paint in spots on the bumper. They did an excellent job. I was thrilled with the service I received at Badell’s Collision! My car was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I chose this shop because they are a GEICO approved shop. I’m so glad I did! Dale was very detailed in looking over my car to provide an estimate. He contacted me before I dropped my car off to coordinate a rental vehicle car. He made me feel at ease that my 2011 car would be restored to its pre accident condition. Both Dale and Shannon kept me in the loop with the status of the repairs every few days. The job was completed a few days before the scheduled end date. It looked beautiful when I picked it up! I left my keys for the rental with them. They handled getting the car back to Enterprise. Dale gave me a referral for some other work I was considering that was non accident related. If the need arises again for body work to my car I will surely be a returning customer. I would highly recommend this shop. They’re friendly, professional and do excellent work.

After the headache of being rear ended and dealing with the red tape of insurance companies and rental cars - Dale and Shannon at Badell’s were the bright light through it all! Got rear ended a few weeks ago. The insurance company recommended Badell’s and I certainly recommend them as well. Got the repairs done in half the time they said would have taken and it looks brand new. I couldn’t be happier.

Took my car in after a storm came through and large branches fell on it causing lots of damage. They got an estimate very quickly and shortly after started working on it and getting parts in. The car was finished in a week and everything looks perfect and back to normal. Rick was specifically great to work with and was helpful with all the updates needed.

Recently I used Badell's Collision due to a deer hitting my vehicle. They kept me up to date every step of the way in regards to what was going on, where they're at fixing the vehicle and the parts they were waiting on. Once they vehicle was completed they walked me through step by step the parts and process of fixing it. Even to a non vehicle person like myself they made it easy to understand. Rick and the folks here were amazing, had some front end damage from a deer and they had an opening the next day for drop off, from the beginning Rick was on top of it without any hesitation. Told me what their process was and how I would be kept up-to-date on everything going on with the vehicle, I received daily updates with the stages the vehicle was going through which is more than what most body shops do, our vehicle was a day behind the original estimated day of completion which was inconvenient at first but we understood that perfection takes time and when I saw our car today I could care less about the extra day, Our vehicle is absolutely IMMACULATE, hands down one of the best experiences I've had with any body and collision shops and I will continue to be a customer for future repairs and maintenance and will make sure to recommend Badell's to my family and friends.
