I'm writing this review of my recent ride. I booked the Johnson/Washington stop for my return trip home. The driver didn't even stop there even though that is where my ticket was booked to. She drove straight through from Johnson Creek to Lake St. My commute home from Johnson would have been 25 minutes, but it took me an hour and 25 minutes to get home from downtown. When I noticed the time, it was past when I should have been dropped. We were already traveling down E Wash and I was in the last seat by the bathroom, so there was nothing I could do at that point. Commuters beware if you use this stop! I sent an email to Badger Bus regarding how/why this happened with no response.
Very disrespectful driver. Bus smells like a porta potty. Would not recommend if you have another option
If I could give this 0 stars I would, don't listen to the confirmation email when it said arrive at the stop 10 minutes early. That's because the bus will end up being 45 minutes late like mine was. After paying $100 for a round trip from Eau claire to Madison I am very disappointed with the service. I won't be taking badger bus again after this.
somewhat reliable. Prices high, but not extortionate. Main issue is the limited departure times and overcrowding on the weekend.

It was a Learning experience I gain some skills but management is strange. Turn around rate is high. Training could be better. A few good ppl. Too much he say she say. But the coach buses are clean and ran almost professional
Most drivers are great, until they are chased out because of low pay and ignorant management. Then all you are left with are the drivers that are there just for the measly pay instead of enjoying their job. I would recommend if you need a little bit of money in between other jobs or if you are a parent that has school hours and need to be home when the kids are.
Had one of your bus drivers cut me off. Damaged my car. Police confirmed the bus was fault, illegal lane change. Teach your drivers exit lanes are for exiting not for speeding and cutting drivers off. Still waiting to hear from them or their insurance!!
Service is always A1. Drivers are polite and cautious with the lives on board. I appreciate the service and low cost rides when I needed them to frequent Milwaukee from Madison. Thanks guys!
Love love the drivers. Very professional. Buses are very clean. My favorite driver is a Man name Jim. He's great. Truly miss the service.
