Hit and miss. Some counselors/caseworkers are good, some.....not so much. They seem to get a lot of caseworkers (adult care program-help with ADLs) fresh out of college. I would probably recommend seeking counseling here, with reservations. If you need assistance with ADLs, PLEASE have a disinterested party to oversee the adult caseworker assigned to you. Calling people names (a supposed "joke"), unprofessional, to say the least. Making clients cry because caseworker/adl worker is frustrated? Where do I begin...
